Returns and Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange or return your order should you be dissatisfied in any way. Please read the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.

1. 1. General Guidelines
•   Items should be returned with all original attachments and accessories and a copy of the invoice within seven working days of receipt of the order.
2. 2. Conditions for Returns
•   The item(s) should be in its original, unopened packaging (including the unit carton) along with any accessories and free of charge items if applicable.
•   In the case of open unit returns, a re-stocking fee of 15% of the product value will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.
•   Refunds will be made to the purchase credit card account or in the form of Apollo credit/vouchers.
